Clothing Size Converter

There's no single worldwide standard for clothing sizes the way there is for, say, screw threads. Each region grew its own numbering, and brands within a region still cut differently. The table here shows the general conversion used across most mainstream charts: for women's sizing, US 0 lines up with UK/Australia 4 and EU 32, moving in step from there.

• Show it alongside real measurements. A size label converts less reliably than a chest, waist or hip measurement does. Use the size chart generator for your own product's actual measurements.
• Note the brand. If you carry multiple brands, say clearly which one a size guide applies to, since a UK 12 in one brand can be a UK 10 or 14 in another.
• International shoppers convert automatically if you let them. Some themes and apps show a shopper's local size based on their region; check if yours supports it before asking customers to do the math themselves.
