Drop your Shopify orders export (Orders → Export) here or browse files

CSV up to 25 MB. It's read in your browser and never uploaded.

What it reads from your export

A Shopify orders export has one row per line item, not per order: on a multi-item order, only the first row carries the order-level fields (email, total, date, status), and the order number is repeated on every row so line items can be matched back together. This tool reconstructs full orders from that layout before calculating anything.

Example: the sample file (10 orders, one voided)

Orders analyzed (voided excluded)
9
Total revenue / AOV
$556.42 / $61.82
Repeat customer rate
60.0% (3 of 5 customers)
Discount usage
4 of 9 orders (44.4%), $31.80 total

Top products by revenue: Canvas Tote ($360.00, 6 units), Tote Bag Mini ($90.00, 2 units), Ceramic Mug ($72.00, 4 units).

Getting the export

  1. 01

    Export

Go to Orders, select the date range and filters you want, then Export → Export orders. Choose "Orders" (not just a summary) so line items are included for the top-products breakdown.

  2. 02

    Upload

Drop the CSV in above. Nothing leaves your browser: the file is read and analyzed locally, not uploaded to a server.

How orders are counted

  • Voided and cancelled orders are excluded from every stat automatically, since they never represent a real sale.
  • Refunded orders are still counted in revenue and order counts, but flagged separately, since a refund doesn't retroactively remove the order from your export.
  • Discount usage counts an order as discounted if it has a discount code or a non-zero discount amount, whichever your export includes.

Questions people ask

Why does a multi-item order need special handling?

Shopify's export has one CSV row per line item. Only the first row of a multi-item order carries the email, total and date, so summing those columns naively double-counts or misses data. This tool groups rows back into full orders first.

Does this include refunded or cancelled orders?

Cancelled and voided orders are excluded automatically. Refunded orders are still counted in revenue and order totals, since Shopify's export doesn't retroactively remove them, but the tool flags how many were refunded.

What counts as a repeat customer here?

Any customer email that appears on 2 or more orders in the uploaded file. If your file only covers part of your order history, this shows repeat behavior within that window, not lifetime.

Is my data uploaded anywhere?

No. The file is parsed and analyzed entirely in your browser; it's never sent to a server.
