AI Agent Readiness Checker
See what AI shopping agents can find on your store: feeds, structured data, crawler access and agent protocols.
What it checks
AI shopping agents, from AI search engines answering "where can I buy..." to browser agents shopping on a visitor's behalf, rely on different signals than a person browsing your site. This tool pulls together the ones that matter most, across any platform.
- Crawler access: whether your robots.txt lets the main AI bots reach your pages
- Structured data: whether your homepage publishes Organization or Product schema
- Machine-readable catalog: a sitemap and a product feed endpoint an agent or aggregator could read directly
- Agent protocols: a UCP profile, an llms.txt file, and whether WebMCP tools are referenced in your page
- Renders without JavaScript: whether the page has real content in its raw HTML, since most AI crawlers don't run JavaScript the way Google's does
It reads what's publicly available in a handful of requests; it can't see your Merchant Center feed, your app settings or anything behind a login.
Questions people ask
Does a low score mean AI agents can't find my store at all?
No. It means some of the extra signals agents can use aren't there yet. Most stores are still found through normal product data and Google indexing; these checks cover the newer, additional channels.
My store is on Shopify. Do I still need llms.txt and UCP?
Not necessarily; both are optional and early-stage. Google has said it doesn't use llms.txt for Search or AI Overviews. Treat this report as a menu, not a required checklist.
Why does it say my page doesn't render without JavaScript?
If your storefront is a JavaScript app (common on headless or custom-built stores), crawlers that don't execute JavaScript, which includes most AI bots, may see an empty page. See the AI Crawler Render Checker for a closer look.
How many pages does it check?
Just your homepage and a handful of well-known files (robots.txt, sitemap.xml, your UCP profile, llms.txt and a product feed guess), to keep the check fast.
