myshopify URL Finder
Find any Shopify store's myshopify.com address and admin link from its domain.
How it works
Every Shopify store keeps its original yourstore.myshopify.com address even after connecting a custom domain. That address is what you log into at Shopify's own admin login screen, and it still shows up in the store's page source in most themes.
This tool loads the page you give it and searches the HTML for a *.myshopify.com reference, the same way you'd Ctrl+F "myshopify" in your browser's view-source.
Why you'd need this
- You've lost the login link to a store you manage, or inherited one from a client.
- You're comparing a theme or app across stores and want the store's stable ID, not its marketing domain.
- You want to check if a site is a Shopify store at all, and which one, before reaching out about it.
Questions people ask
Why can't it find an address on some stores?
A theme or app can hide it, or the store might not be on Shopify at all. Try a different page on the same site, like a product page.
Does this give me access to someone else's store?
No. It only reveals the store's public address, the same thing your browser already loads; it doesn't bypass any login.
Does this work for password-protected stores?
Often yes, since the coming-soon page still loads the store's theme and scripts.
Is the myshopify address the same as the admin URL?
Yes; adding /admin to it takes you to the login screen for that store.
