Two commission tiers since May 2026

As of 20 May 2026, Grailed charges 9% commission on sales of $120 or more, and a lower 6% (minimum $1.99) on sales below $120. That replaced a flat 9% rate on everything, so smaller sales now keep more. A separate payment processing fee applies on top, and its rate depends on whether you've onboarded to Stripe and whether the buyer is in the US.

Commission = 9% × price if price ≥ $120, otherwise max(6% × price, $1.99)

You receive $142.36. Pricing at $119 instead of $120 drops the commission to 6% ($7.14), which can leave you with more after the lower processing base too.

Questions people ask

How much commission does Grailed take?

9% on sales of $120 or more, and 6% (with a $1.99 minimum) on sales below $120, since a fee change on 20 May 2026. Before that it was a flat 9% on everything.

Does Grailed charge extra for international buyers?

Not in commission, but the payment processing fee is higher for international buyers (4.99% or 5.49% instead of 3.49%), on top of the same commission rate.
