How it works

TikTok Shop's main image is square, and its Seller Academy guidance says it should have "a high-quality background, preferably white." This tool resizes to a square, optionally cleans a plain backdrop to pure white, and centers the product at the fill percentage you set.

TikTok's guidance also warns against duplicate main images, promotional stickers, multiple variants in one shot, and heavy text overlays on the first image.

What's the minimum image size for TikTok Shop?

600 x 600 pixels, per TikTok's Seller Academy. This tool defaults to 1,200 px so the image stays sharp when shoppers zoom on a phone.

Does the main image need a white background?

TikTok's guidance says it should have a high-quality background, preferably white. It's a recommendation rather than a hard rule, but white performs best in TikTok's listing quality checks.
