How MCF fees are worked out

Multi-Channel Fulfillment lets you ship non-Amazon orders (a Shopify or WooCommerce order, for example) from FBA stock. The per-unit fee depends on size tier, shipping weight, delivery speed and how many units are in the order: bigger orders get a lower per-unit rate. Rates last checked 30 Sep 2026, from 15 Jan 2026.

The same item in a 3-unit order costs $6.11 per unit ($18.33 for the order), because MCF's per-unit rate drops as order size grows.

Deciding whether MCF is worth it

Standard-size items in multi-unit orders suit MCF best, since the per-unit rate falls quickly; bulky and extra-large items barely get cheaper per unit as the order grows, so compare those against a freight or oversize 3PL rate before switching.

What is Amazon MCF?

Multi-Channel Fulfillment: Amazon ships orders placed on other sales channels, like your own Shopify or WooCommerce store, from your FBA inventory. You pay a separate per-unit fee for it.

How much does MCF cost per order?
