eBay & Amazon to WooCommerce Converter
Turn an eBay Active Listings or Amazon inventory report into a WooCommerce product import file.
What it reads
This tool accepts either an eBay listings report (Title, Custom label (SKU), Start price, Available quantity, Picture URL, Category Name) or an Amazon seller inventory report (item-name, seller-sku, price, quantity, image-url), and matches whichever set of columns it finds.
Each row becomes its own simple WooCommerce product. Marketplace-specific structures (eBay item specifics, Amazon parent/child variation families) aren't grouped automatically: group those into a WooCommerce variable product by hand after import.
Getting your export
- eBay: Seller Hub → Listings → Active, select listings, then Actions → Download report, or use File Exchange.
- Amazon: Seller Central → Inventory → Inventory Reports → All Listings Report.
- Upload either file here, then import the download at Products → All Products → Import.
Pitfalls
- Column names on export files change between app versions and store settings. This tool matches a wide set of likely header names and shows a live preview, so check the preview against your file before you download.
- Condition (New/Used) is added to Short description rather than mapped to a WooCommerce field, since WooCommerce has no built-in condition attribute.
- Marketplace category names rarely match a WooCommerce category tree: treat the Categories column as a starting point, not a finished structure.
Questions people ask
Does this cover Amazon variation listings (parent/child ASINs)?
Each ASIN imports as its own simple product. Group related ones into a single WooCommerce variable product by hand, since Amazon's parent/child structure isn't in the standard listings report.
What about eBay's item specifics?
They're not carried across automatically, since the CSV columns you'll use don't include them consistently. Add key specs to the description, or as WooCommerce product attributes after import.
Can I use a tab-separated Amazon flat file?
Yes. The uploader detects tabs as well as commas automatically.
Will stock quantities transfer?
Yes, from Available quantity (eBay) or quantity (Amazon) into WooCommerce's Stock column.
