Judge.me Review CSV Converter
Convert reviews from Loox, Yotpo, Okendo, Stamped, Etsy or Amazon into Judge.me's import format.
How it works
Because Loox, Yotpo, Okendo, Stamped and marketplace review exports all use different column names, this tool looks for common patterns (rating, review text, reviewer name, date, product handle) rather than one fixed template, and builds Judge.me's expected columns: title, body, rating, review_date, reviewer_name, reviewer_email, product_handle, product_id, product_url, picture_urls and curated.
Ratings outside 1–5 are clamped, and dates are converted to Judge.me's dd/mm/yyyy format. Rows it can't read a date for are left blank, and Judge.me will use today's date instead.

Leave product_handle, product_id and product_url blank on a row to import it as a general store review instead of a product review.
Questions people ask
Which source apps does this support?
Any export with recognizable rating, review text and reviewer columns works, so it covers Loox, Yotpo, Okendo, Stamped and most marketplace or spreadsheet exports, not just the ones named.
What if my export uses unusual column names?
Rename the rating and review-text columns to something like "rating" and "body" and upload again; those two are required.
Does it match reviews to the right product?
Only if your source file has a product handle, ID or URL. Without one, the review imports as a general store review.
Can I import more than 5 photos per review?
No, Judge.me accepts up to 5 photo URLs per review; extra ones are dropped.
