How it works

This tool detects rating, review text, reviewer name, email, date, product handle and photo columns by their common names across review apps, then builds Loox's exact headers: product_handle, product_Id, rating, author, email, body, created_at, photo_url, reply and verified_purchase.

Dates are converted to Loox's required YYYY-MM-DD format. Rows with neither a product handle nor a product ID are flagged, since Loox needs one or the other to attach a review to a product.

Importing the result

    Fix flagged rows

    Add a product_handle or product_Id to any row missing one, so the import doesn't fail on it.

  2. 02

    Go to Reviews → Import

    In your Loox admin, choose "Import from a custom file".

  3. 03

    Upload the download

    Loox validates and imports the reviews.

Questions people ask

Which apps can I convert from?

Any export with recognizable rating and review-text columns, which covers Judge.me, Yotpo, Okendo, Stamped and most spreadsheet exports.

Does the product handle have to be exact?

Yes, it must match an existing Shopify product's handle (the last part of its URL) or Loox can't attach the review.

What does verified_purchase do?

Set to TRUE, it adds Loox's "Verified purchase" badge to that review.

Can I include a store reply?

Yes, if your source file has a reply column, it's carried over as Loox's public reply on that review.
