Etsy to WooCommerce Converter

Etsy's listings CSV (from Shop Manager → Listings → Download CSV, or the bulk edit screen) has one row per listing, with variations packed into VARIATION 1/2 NAME and VALUES columns. This tool reads Title, Description, Price, SKU, Quantity, Tags, Materials, Category and up to 10 image columns, then rebuilds each listing as a WooCommerce product.

• A listing with no variations becomes one simple product row.
• A listing with variations becomes a variable parent row plus one variation row for every combination (2 colors × 3 sizes = 6 rows), matching WooCommerce's own CSV format.
• Tags and Materials are merged into WooCommerce's Tags column.

   Download your Etsy listings CSV

   In Etsy, go to Shop Manager → Listings, select your listings, and choose Download CSV.

   Upload it here

   Check the preview: category paths, prices and variation combinations should look right before you download.

   Import into WooCommerce

   Go to Products → All Products → Import, upload the downloaded file, and check the column mapping before running it.

Etsy's category taxonomy doesn't match WooCommerce's category tree. The Categories column carries Etsy's path across as text; build your actual WooCommerce category structure separately and reassign products to it.

• Column names on export files change between app versions and store settings. This tool matches a wide set of likely header names and shows a live preview, so check the preview against your file before you download.
• Rows with no price import at $0.00 in WooCommerce: fix any row flagged with a price warning first.
• Etsy allows richer variation setups (like priced variations) than a simple name/value pair. Check unusual listings by hand after import.
