Image to Product Description
Describe what each of your product photos shows and get a description and photo-by-photo alt text, without guessing what a photo can't prove.
Notes in, description and alt text out
Rather than uploading an image for an AI to guess at, this tool works from what you already know: go through your photos and write one line per photo describing what it shows. That's more reliable than image recognition, because a photo can show shape, color and visible features, but it can't confirm material, weight, capacity or care instructions.
- What photos can tell the tool: shape, color, visible features, how it's used, what's in the box.
- What they can't: material, measurements, weight, capacity or care. Those only go in if you add them under Facts the photos can't show.
- If your notes say something "looks like leather" but you haven't confirmed the material, the tool won't call it leather. It only states what you've verified.
Using the alt text
The tool also writes one alt text line per photo, numbered to match your notes: 8 to 20 words, under 125 characters, describing what a shopper who can't see the image needs to know. Paste each line into that photo's Alt text field in your Shopify or WooCommerce media library, since alt text is read by screen readers and used by Google Images.
Questions people ask
Do I have to upload my actual photos?
No. Describe what each one shows in a line of text; the tool writes from your notes rather than analyzing image files, and lets you fix anything that's wrong before it goes anywhere near your store.
Will it guess the material from how something looks?
No. Material, measurements and care are only used if you enter them under Facts the photos can't show. Otherwise the description sticks to what the photos actually establish.
Can it write alt text for photos that don't need a full sentence, like a close-up?
Yes. Each alt text line describes just that photo's view or detail, not the whole product, so a stitching close-up gets its own short, specific line.
What should I check before publishing?
The tool ends with a Check before publishing list naming anything written from the photos that's worth confirming, plus facts shoppers will want that you didn't give it.
Is it free?
Yes, with a fair-use limit so it stays free for everyone. There's no sign-up. Your photo notes is sent to an AI model only to write the result.
