Pet Product Description Generator
Write pet product descriptions that answer the two things owners check: will it fit my pet, and is it safe?
Built around fit and safety
Pick the pet and the product type. The description changes with them:
- Size and fit: each size with its measurement range, and a reminder to measure the pet and choose by measurement, not breed.
- Safety: your safety notes. For toys, chews, collars, leashes and harnesses, it adds a line about checking for wear, and toys get a line about supervising play.
- Ingredients and feeding: for food and treats, the ingredient list and guaranteed analysis copied exactly, then your feeding guide.
- Care: washing and cleaning for everything that isn't food.
Claims it won't make
- Indestructible, chew-proof or escape-proof are left out unless you state them. No toy is indestructible for every dog, and these claims drive complaints and returns.
- Disease claims on food and treats. The FDA regulates pet food and reviews claims such as urinary tract health. The tool never says a food or treat treats or prevents a condition.
- "Complete and balanced" only appears if your details say it, because it's a statement about the food's nutritional adequacy that must be true for your recipe.
- Breed fit is only mentioned if you give breed examples. Measurements are more reliable.

Add a measuring photo
For harnesses, collars and coats, add an image showing where to measure. It answers the most common pre-sale question.
Questions people ask
Should I size pet products by breed?
Size by measurement: neck, chest, back length or weight. Breeds vary too much. Add breed examples only as a rough guide, and the tool only mentions them if you do.
Can I call a dog toy indestructible?
Only if you can prove it, and few products can. The tool leaves out indestructible and chew-proof unless you enter them, and adds a line about replacing toys when they're damaged.
What should a pet treat description include?
The ingredients and guaranteed analysis exactly as on the label, a feeding guide, the pouch size and storage. It won't make health claims about the treat.
Does it work for cats and small animals?
Yes. Choose the pet from the menu and the description is written for that animal and its owner.
Is it free?
Yes, with a fair-use limit so it stays free for everyone. There's no sign-up. Your notes are sent to an AI model only to write the copy.
